We design and build recycling systems using pretreatment, membrane filtration (TMF/UF) and RO to turn process wastewater into reusable water, and air pollution control equipment for smoke and VOCs from Tenter processes. Depending on site conditions, we have designed and operated RO reuse systems with recovery up to approximately 60%. Recovery varies with factory and water quality conditions and is not guaranteed for every site — a site assessment is required to specify it.
